seatwiz.ai is a planning and aggregation service that helps users discover events and build travel options. Tickz, LLC is not an airline, hotel operator, ticket issuer, or payment processor for third-party bookings.
3. Accounts and Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account details reasonably up to date.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or security safeguards.
- Use bots, scripts, or automated methods to abuse endpoints or extract data at scale.
- Interfere with service availability, integrity, or normal operation.
5. Third-Party Services and Content
The service relies on third-party providers, integration partners, and technical vendors to deliver core functionality, infrastructure, support, and service operations. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
6. Prices, Availability, and Booking Responsibility
- Displayed prices, inventory, and event details may change at any time.
- Final booking terms, charges, cancellations, and refunds are determined by the third-party provider you book with.
- Tickz, LLC does not guarantee the availability, pricing accuracy, or completeness of third-party listings.
7. AI-Assisted Features
The service may provide AI-generated suggestions, summaries, or assistant responses. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated and is provided for informational convenience only. You are responsible for verifying important details directly with official providers before making travel or purchase decisions.
8. Intellectual Property
Except for third-party content and your own submitted content, the service and its original software, design, and branding elements are owned by Tickz, LLC or its licensors and protected by applicable law.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, applicable law, or security requirements, or if your use presents abuse or risk to the platform.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tickz, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or booking opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tickz, LLC total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) USD 100 or (b) the amount you paid directly to Tickz, LLC for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
